Minimising Risk. Maximising Value. Creating Opportunities.
Welcome to Asertis
As the UK’s fastest growing litigation funder, we have an unparalleled understanding of complex commercial and insolvency disputes. Our team combines financial experts with experienced lawyers. Together, we deliver bespoke solutions tailored for individual client needs, eliminating financial risk and maximising the potential for success.
Our funding decisions are made quickly and entirely at our own discretion. We are funded by Arrow Credit Opportunities SCSp and related investing entities. Arrow is a leading European fund investing in distressed and other assets with total capital commitment of c.€1.7 billion. We are also financed by funds managed by CarVal Investors, a global alternative investment manager with more than $11 billion AUM. Through our funding line from Arrow and CarVal, we have the potential funding to consider funding litigation on a significant scale.
Our philosophy is personal, yet commercial: we view things differently from other litigation funders. Considering each client’s case carefully on its own merits, we take individual circumstances into account when validating our funding decisions. This approach serves to create a unique relationship with our clients based on trust, professionalism and mutual understanding.
We invest in commercial disputes, group actions and other forms of disputes across a number of jurisdictions. We will work with you to make sure that the funding package is suitable for your particular needs.
Our specialist insolvency funding operates through a process that is straightforward and flexible, helping you to realise value. We complete every step in the process efficiently and quickly to progress without delay towards achieving a successful outcome.
