Asertis is a legal finance and risk management firm. We provide funding for litigation, arbitration and other legal or regulatory action on a non-recourse basis.

Litigation financing from Asertis enables wronged parties to access justice and receive payments they would not otherwise be able to recover. As well as funding litigation, we also purchase legal claims and awards.

We are different to other litigation financers because we provide on-balance-sheet capital. The money we invest is money we have borrowed. We don’t manage funds on behalf of external parties. That means we have more discretion than most over how we invest our money. We are also nimble. We are intentionally small so that we can make well-considered decisions quickly. Clients have direct access to our directors and decision-makers – there are no clunky processes or gatekeepers to slow things down.

We are proud of the claims we fund. As well as helping to right wrongs, our non-recourse funding means that claimants, clients and our business all profit when cases are successful.
