Our funding decisions are made quickly and entirely at our own discretion. We are funded by an affiliate of Arrow Credit Opportunities SCSp, whose inaugural pan-European NPL Fund (ACO 1) raised €1.7bn in committed capital. Arrow entrusts us to act autonomously: we make the decisions about which cases we choose to fund. In partnering with law firms and claimants to realise value, we can readily deploy capital since every funding request can be evaluated at speed.
